History
| On October 3rd
1945, after the second world war, Mr. Roland Veillet and Mr.
Paul Gosselin became associates and founded their electrical
company " Veillet & Gosselin ".
Mr. Veillet, rich in knowledge of the Val d'Or
région, was in charge of the administration, while
Mr. Gosselin, until then an officer in the marine corps as
chief electrician, was responsable for the technical department.
" Veillet & Gosselin "
grew rapidly and, in the years to follow, additionnal services
were offered. Acitve all over the Abitibi-Témiscamingue
region, the company obtained important contracts for the construction
of commercial, public and industrial buildings (hospitals,
schools, sawmills, etc.)

| In 1977, after
a successful career through both their professional accomplishments
as well as their social involment, the two founders decided
to take a well earned retirement and handed the torch on to
the next generation.
On January 3rd 1978, " Les Entreprises
Végo Ltée. " started their commercial activities.
Four of Roland and Pauls' sons bought their fathers' assets
and renamed the company by contracting the names of Veillet
& Gosselin.

As the years
passed, Végo Ltée. chose to enlarge their field
of activities by successfully adding ventilation, plumbing and
natural gaz specialties. The integration of all the specialties
gave the company the opportunity of offering their customers
complete services like turnkey projects.
The company also enlarged it's territory, developping
nordic expertise. In fact, in addition to being well established
in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, it also carries
out projects in Nunavik, James Bay and Ungava Bay territories.
It has achieved many important turnkey projects in Ontario,
Québec and as well as different native communities.

Today, surrounded by a strong team of experienced
engineers and technicians, the present owners of Entreprises Végo
Ltée., Pierre-Paul Gosselin, Anie Lamoureux and Stéphane
Riopel are always pleased to respond to service requests that call
